The produce of Green Tea (Jiande Baocha) began in Jiande city, Zhejiang Provoice of China, which used to be called Xiaolipu Baocha or Yanzhou Baocha. It has been produced more than one hundred years, and became one of the most famous traditional high qulity teas in Zhejiang. Because of the specail geography entironment and climate condition of Xinanjiang River Area, and through some peculiar processing technics, Jiande Baocha Tea became famous of its orchid-blooming-like figure.
